We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Wesfarmers, a leading Australian company, in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency - Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media - Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
