Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and sales for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (such as social media, email, and websites) to promote our products and services - Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation - Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation - Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving business results - Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a proactive team player - Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create impactful marketing strategies - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
