Mosaic is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Perth, Western Australia. This is a work from home position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Manage social media channels and create engaging content to increase brand awareness. 3. Analyze digital data to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing campaigns. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns that align with company objectives. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to senior management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage people effectively. 3. Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and SEO. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
