Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team at Nordstrom. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and a strong understanding of project management and emotional intelligence. This part-time position will allow you to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Nordstrom's products and services. 2. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Assist in creating and scheduling social media content. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Must have at least 2 years of experience in marketing. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. High emotional intelligence and ability to work well with others. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
