Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels - Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnerships - Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Driven and reliable with a passion for marketing - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
