Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Aflac, a leading insurance company based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, is seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met - Assist in organizing and attending events to promote the company's products and services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills with the ability to manage people effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
