Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Emerson Electric products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth - Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website content - Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows - Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Independent and energetic personality - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
