Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of marketing experience. As a Remote Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services to a wider audience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive patient engagement. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. 3. Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Assist in planning and executing virtual events and webinars to engage with potential patients. 5. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and passionate about healthcare marketing. 5. Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members. 6. Experience in people management and working in a team-oriented environment.
