Marketing Associate

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and content - Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide reports on key metrics - Assist in coordinating events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales - Support the marketing team in executing special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Independent and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed - Excellent analytical and research skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
