Marketing Associate

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales support tools - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns - Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Provide support for other marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Demonstrated experience in marketing with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strategic planning and analytical thinking - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using marketing tools and software - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
