Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Macy’s in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives to help drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities - Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience to tailor marketing efforts accordingly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate marketing messages - Adaptability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies based on feedback and data - No prior experience required, but a passion for marketing is a must - Must be driven to succeed and eager to learn and grow in the marketing field
