Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, this part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts - Provide support in organizing and executing marketing events and activities - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms - Innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
