Job Description - Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Cochlear Limited, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.


Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Cochlear's products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, conferences, and trade shows - Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Support the marketing team in all aspects of day-to-day operations and project management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Energetic and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
