Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Marketing Associate at Becton Dickinson, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting the overall business goals of the company.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and presentations - Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other promotional activities - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Research and strategic planning skills as soft skills - Equal opportunity statement adhered to
