Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Harley-Davidson. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Brisbane, Queensland on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Harley-Davidson products and services - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns - Manage social media channels and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Assist in coordinating events and promotions to drive customer engagement - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Project management and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Knowledge of marketing principles and practices - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
