Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Avery Dennison in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts of the company to drive online visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and brand awareness - Create and optimize online campaigns across various digital platforms - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to track the success of campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts - Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Support the execution of email marketing campaigns - Collaborate with external partners to leverage their expertise in digital marketing - Provide support in managing online advertising budget and ROI analysis

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms - Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for digital marketing - Strong negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with external partners - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
