Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Wesfarmers in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC campaigns - Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for digital marketing initiatives - Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Strong experience in digital marketing with a focus on online channels - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude - Strong people management and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Relocation allowance provided for candidates outside of Sydney - Free food provided at the office
