Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at Danaher in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on company websites and social media platforms - Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for online channels - Support the management of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing - Assist in the maintenance and updating of company websites and online platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in online marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion and cooperation skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms
