Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Cigna is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing. The successful candidate will be hardworking and dedicated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize online marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content for online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors - Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to track the success of online marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
