Online Marketing Assistant

As an Online Marketing Assistant at American Electric Power in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for supporting the online marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This part-time Associate Level role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to develop content and creative assets for digital marketing initiatives - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand awareness - Assist with email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and project coordination

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Resilient and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
