Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a motivated and skilled Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online marketing and possess a strong work ethic and resilience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website. 2. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers. 3. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to align online marketing efforts with overall business goals. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in online marketing. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in using online marketing tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with SEO and SEM strategies. 2. Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms. 3. Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
