Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Mattel, a leading global toy company, is seeking a Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote the company's products and initiatives - Write and edit press releases, articles, and other marketing materials - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms - Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries or issues as needed - Organize and execute virtual events and webinars - Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Dedicated and motivated individual with strong negotiation and cooperation skills
