Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position is perfect for a passionate and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field. As a Remote Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all external communications for the company, including social media, press releases, and customer outreach.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to promote Whole Foods Market's brand and products - Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email newsletters - Manage press relationships and coordinate interviews and media appearances - Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to measure effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all communication materials - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently - Provide support for internal communication initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in a communications role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience with graphic design software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
