Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Broadcom, a leading technology company, is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to work remotely from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's brand and messaging to external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to support company initiatives and objectives - Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels - Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Manage relationships with media outlets and key influencers - Provide support for crisis communication and issues management - Analyze communication metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or related field - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong research and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
