Job Description:

Culture Amp, a leading HR software company, is seeking a part-time Content Writer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a work-from-home position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in content writing.

Responsibilities: 1. Create engaging and informative content for various platforms including blogs, social media, website, and email campaigns. 2. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform content creation. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns. 4. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency. 5. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. 6. Develop a deep understanding of Culture Amp's products, services, and target audience to tailor content accordingly.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Resourceful and dedicated with a passion for creating high-quality content. 5. Strong leadership and people management skills to coordinate with various team members. 6. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and content management systems. 7. Experience in HR or tech industry is a plus.
