Online Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online PR Associate to join our team at Calpine in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, building relationships with media outlets and influencers, and developing PR campaigns to promote our brand and products. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online PR strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our products - Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities for PR initiatives - Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders - Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials - Plan and execute online events, webinars, and virtual conferences - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance our online presence - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategy - Monitor and report on PR campaign performance and effectiveness

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online PR or related field - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to think strategically and develop creative PR campaigns - Excellent writing and editing skills - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Proven track record of building and maintaining media relationships - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
