Online Social Media Manager

At Fifth Third Bancorp, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others - Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics - Monitor social media analytics and report on performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely manner - Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Fifth Third Bancorp

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality to lead social media initiatives - Strong teamwork and innovation skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
