Online Social Media Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Metcash in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management. We are seeking someone who is resilient, confident, possesses strong leadership skills, and is able to effectively persuade others.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences - Generate creative ideas for social media content and campaigns - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills
