Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Graphite is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management. This role requires an energetic and resilient individual who possesses strong research skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives - Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns - Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner - Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing - Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
