Job Description:

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and engage with our customers on various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives - Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices in order to optimize our social media presence - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident and motivated with a passion for social media marketing - Ability to adapt to changing trends and priorities - Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends - Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager - Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices
