Social Media Manager

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager at Amazon.com will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and ultimately increase sales. The Social Media Manager will be tasked with creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website - Create engaging content for social media platforms - Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Analyze performance metrics to track the success of social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative thinker with strong critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
