Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Anthem is looking for a hardworking and independent Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

Responsibilities: - Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools - Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement

Personality traits: - Hardworking, able to meet deadlines and deliver results - Independent, able to work effectively without constant supervision

Soft skills: - Excellent communication skills to engage with followers and collaborate with team members - Strong presentation skills to pitch ideas and reports to stakeholders
