Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance - Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and industry trends

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about social media - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Proven track record of managing social media platforms for a corporate brand - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
