Job Description - Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Humana is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our remote team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a part-time Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and grow our following - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive and innovative


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement - Strong organizational and time management skills - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for social media marketing - Experience with people management and planning - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
