Who we are. 

Sky Tree Kids Early Learning Centre is a boutique family owned and operated Centre located in the heart of Bundall which is committed to providing exceptional care and education to children.  Our friendly team strives to deliver meaningful programs which will encourage children to explore and discover. 

Role 

We are now seeking a passionate and inspiring Lead Educator to join our team who will have an opportunity to develop amazing relationships with children and families.  You will have the opportunity to create meaningful and engaging programs.

Skills and experience
You must:

a. Be able to read books upside down and with at least 5 interruptions per page,
b. Be easy going and be able to take things in your stride, willing to take on critical feedback to grow as an educator. As well as provide feedback to others supporting fellow educators in a team environment  
c. Have eyes in the back of your head, 
d. A sense of humour and love for having many friends; and 
e. Eager to create outstanding learning environments for children to engage with while delivering the EYLF & QKLG.

Qualifications

• Completed a Diploma in Early Childhood, Certificate III in Early Childhood or be close to completing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood;
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the NQF and EYLF; and
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), current driver’s license, First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Management and Child Protection. 

Hours

Ideally the applicant will be able to 4 - 5 days a week.  Flexible working hours will be considered, and remuneration will be dependent on qualifications, experience and personal attributes of each candidate.
