Ideally you have worked in an advertising or marketing agency role where you have been required to develop strategies, influence and manage client outcomes and experience so they return time and time again. Internally, you will be hands on, a real team player and be able to take a task, break it into steps, brief your colleagues so they can deliver outstanding work for you to present.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing or related roles.
  • A proven track record of driving marketing outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience across a wide range of disciplines including brand, web, content, SEO, SEM, social and PR.
  • Growth marketing mindset – knowing what ad creative works, what copy sells and what placements yield results.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Able to think, plan and execute efficiently and effectively.
  • Agency or marketing outsourcing experience.
  • Strong stakeholder, client service and relationship management skills.
