About us

Small family-based company based in the Dandenong area. We are a manufacturing, import export business. Very hands on role helping Director in all aspects of the business. This is a part time roll - generally 9-2pm 2-3 days a week. The roll requires - reception duties, telephone sales, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll, BAS preparation,  general ledger, order entry

Qualifications & experience

Must have a number of years experience in MYOB and accounts

Customer service 

• answering of telephone 
• answering enquires
• responding to email 

Accounts Payable

• entering invoice
• ensuring entries are precise / correct
• reconciling accounts 
• presenting management with reconciled accounts
• pay accounts 

Accounts receivable

• order entry 
• issuing invoicing 
• tracking incoming payments

Accounts / General Ledger

• maintaining asset register
• Journal entries 
• Bank Reconciliations
• inventory control
• BAS preparations
• Superannuation
