Job Description - Accounts / Office Admin Part-time Flexible Hours - Leading Industry Pay

Complete PC Solutions has been in business for 22 years and has grown rapidly in the last 12 months and now requires a part-time office admin in the next phase of the companies expansion.  .

This is a very exciting opportunity, one which will suit an Office Admin who thrives on a challenge in a fast paced environment operating on a national level in a professional and changing environment. 

 

Some of the duties involved include:

  • Management of advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Processing client orders with suppliers and invoice clients
  • Manage vendor warranty registrations
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Accounts Payable management
  • Accounts Receivable management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Administrative and secretarial duties


A successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Well presented
  • A mature and proactive approach
  • Be a positive thinker
  • Common sense
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate MYOB experience.
  • Previous relevant experience, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience will be preferred. 

Hours: 
Flexible 4 to 5 Days per week. 
Hours Negotiable

This role would also suit a parent which has School dropoff and pickup commitments. 

Salary:
$30 to $40 per hour + Super
