Accounts officer - Part-time

Immediate need for an experienced Accounts officer for an esteemed entity. Your new company is a well-known organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ an Accounts officer on a part-time basis.

Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
Accounts Payable• Prepare and pay weekly supplier invoices
• Enter weekly Foundation transactions into MYOB
• Enter credit card data and payments
• Reconcile monthly Budget transactions
Accounts Receivable
• Create and issue invoices for upfront tuition, amenities and accommodation fees
• Create invoices for fees
• Follow up outstanding student debts
• Reconcile daily receipts
Payroll
• Set up new employees in payroll systems
• Prepare and process fortnightly Payroll
General
• Help conduct end of month bank reconciliations
• Enter scholarships and bursaries against recipient accounts
• Maintain electronic filing systems
• Ensure accurate record keeping in databases

What you'll need to succeed
Hands-on experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of MYOB or similar software would be ideal.

What you'll get in return T
This is a 4-day a week role. However, for the right candidate, 3 days could be considered.
