Accounts/Admin All Rounder - With Great Benefits - Part-Time

About us:

We are a family business with a team of 10. We operate in the retail sector, commercial industry and residential servicing and supply of equipment in the pool industry.

We are looking for an independent, self motivated accounts/admin all rounder to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities Accurate: 

• Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Reconciling bank accounts 
• Following up outstanding debtors and creditors 
• Managing email inboxes 
• Assisting with retail 
• Other general accounts and administrative tasks as required 

Qualifications & experience: 

• 3yrs+ Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Experience with Xero preferred but not required 
• Training with be provided to the potential candidate

This is a part time role with the potential to become full time with flexible working options negotiable.
