As we continue to grow our Antenatal Classes, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Admin and Social Media Assistant.

 

Job Description: As an Admin and Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions while also supporting our social media presence. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication both internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success in multiple areas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising documents.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
  • Venue and catering management
  • Staff liaison for shifts
  • Handle emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organise trips 
  • Assist with social media accounts, including content creation, ideas and upcoming events.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights for improving our online presence.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in administration and social media management.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the midwifery or motherhood space (optional)
