Admin Assistant - Leading Industry Pay - Part-Time

We currently have a team of 6 Psychologists and a Senior Admin assistant, and are looking for a part-time Admin Assistant who can work Wednesdays and Fridays to join the Nurturing Minds team. Candidates will be highly regarded if they have flexibility in their schedule and can assist covering other shifts when staff are unwell.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate front desk workflow and practice daily operations
• Review and troubleshoot operational issues
• Maintain practice policies and procedures
• Other duties as required by Managing Director 

Essential Criteria:

• Warm, caring and positive disposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven computer literacy, with ability  to troubleshoot as needed
• Experience with clinic practice software (halaxy or similar)
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and applications
• High-level of attention to detail
• Ability to convert client enquiries into bookings
• Ability to work independently

Interviews will be organised early this week and training to start as early as next week (10th of June) for the successful candidate. Candidates that are able to start immediately will be highly regarded.
