  • Logistics Coordinator 
  • Permanent - Part-time position – Belmont, WA
  • Hands on role coordinating day to day operations
  • Mon/Tues/Thurs

Your new role

  • Coordinate day to day operations
  • Liaise with airlines, sub-contractors and field internal queries
  • Liaise with customers to ensure contract requirements are met and jobs are completed on time
  • Help prepare detailed reports

 

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in the Transport and Logistics space recommended but not essential (ongoing job training will be provided) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
  • Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
  • Full Microsoft suite
