We are looking for a focused Admin & office support to join our elite team at Red Rhubarb in Toowong, Brisbane QLD.

We are currently on the hunt for an awesome admin support person to fit in to a small tight knit team based in our Toowong office/Showroom. Your key role will be to provide internal administrative support and assist with customer enquiries and orders.


 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administrative support to Directors

- Booking and management of all Courier deliveries 

- Assisting with enquiries from our customers

- Resolving customer concerns and assisting with sales support

- Inventory and supplier relationship management

 

SKILLS

- Proven experience in admin and customer support roles

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

- Exceptional time management and planning skills

- Professional manner and the ability to provide a priority and customised service to customers

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks during extremely busy periods such as Christmas

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & familiarity with Adobe or Canva (a big plus!)

- Team player with a flexible, hands on approach
