About us

We are a premier boat detailing and management company based at The Boat Works in Coomera. 

We specialise in detailing and maintaining luxury yachts around the Gold Coast.

Machine polishing, hand polishing, ceramic coating and regular wash downs are all part of our regular routine.

Great team environment with above awards pay rates.

We are looking for someone to help with general admin and reception work.

About 15- 20 hours per week over 3-5 days. reasonably flexible with hours.

With a possibility of more hours as the work load grows.

Job includes packing and sending orders from our on line shop.

Entering bills and invoices into Xero.

Maintaining booking records for hire equipment.

Maintaining a social media presence

Qualifications & experience

Basic knowledge of Xero.

Good knowledge of Microsfoft Word and Excel.

good knowledge of Social Media

Tasks & responsibilities

Dispatching on line orders.

Responsible for the office and general Admin work.

Maintaining work records and liaising with managers

Contacting clients .
