Administration And Customer Service - Rapid Progression - Part-Time

Our Arundel office is seeking an experienced candidate to join our 'small team environment' at Pizza Ovens R Us & Outdoor Kitchens R Us.  

Part Time position to commence with approximately 15-30 hours per week (over 3-4 days) flexible. With an opportunity to grow the role.

THE ROLE…

Providing administration support, customer service and product advice. 

Your day-to-day work includes general administration tasks, product advice and customer service (quotes, emails, phone calls, showroom appointments). Processing sales efficiently (Invoices, warehouse orders, booking freight). Conducting efficient quote follow-ups.

SKILLS

• Experience in administration and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and good typing skills
• Be friendly and proactive in your customer service approach
