The Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Administration & Marketing team member. You'll provide essential administrative support to our Asset Management and Sales teams while lending your skills to create engaging marketing content.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your administrative talents with your creative side, playing a vital role in our Gold Coast office's day-to-day operations and marketing efforts.

Working Hours & Flexibility:

We offer a flexible work schedule with core hours of 9 am to 2 pm, allowing you to tailor your workday to your needs.

What You'll Bring

• Administration Expertise:
  • Proven experience in a corporate environment or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Marketing knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Willingness to learn and create content for social media platforms.
  • A keen eye for design is a plus.
  • Ability to mark-up drone photography in line with Knight Frank guidelines.
• Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Administration:
  • Assist Asset Management and Sales staff with administrative tasks and processes.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Provide general office support, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Marketing:
  • Produce marketing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that are consistent with Knight Frank's brand and identity.
  • Mark-up drone photography according to Knight Frank guidelines for marketing purposes.
  • Manage and maintain Knight Frank Gold Coast's social media presence (posting, responding to comments, etc.).
