Your Role:
As our Administrator and Office Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our organisation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and playing a key role in enhancing overall efficiency and productivity. Your exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records, managing daily schedules and providing unwavering support to our dedicated team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work 3 office days per week.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee a range of essential administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, document preparation, member intakes, maintaining member files, managing service agreements, updating risk assessments and coordinating term program calendars.
  • Handle phone and email communications with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Coordinate with staff, work experience providers, and community partners to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather resources and help create innovative and thrilling program activities for our members.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise office procedures and workflows. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities.

Previous experience in administration or office support roles is a must.
