We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our construction team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager Operations.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office; maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
- Update and manage information in our project management system, including compliance.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and complete tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense claims for the team.
- Provide general administrative support.
Skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in a cloud-based applications, including construction management systems.
