Job Description - Administration Assistant And Basic Bookkeeping - Part-Time

About us

We are a small accounting and taxation firm in Joondalup. We are essentially a paperless office, leveraging technology to provide exceptional service to our clients. We endeavor to add more efficiencies to provide our clients the best service.

Qualifications & experience

  • Software Proficiency: - Xero Practice Manager, Xero Tax - BGL CAS 360 - ATOmate, MYOB, Quickbooks Online - Hubdoc - Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in dealing with client queries

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General reception duties: answering phones and making appointments.
  • Managing the administration email inbox
  • Managing ASIC and ATO affairs.
  • Sending electronic invoices and processing payments
  • Handling electronic mail from ATO and communicating with ATO
  • Basic bookkeeping and preparation of work papers and business activity statements
